It's normal to have times when you feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, disconnected, or like you don't measure up. We all face struggles in our lives. Regardless of what you are seeking to understand, change, or improve, you don’t have to go through it alone.

I feel privileged to help people tackle life’s challenges, manage anxiety & depression, build healthy relationships, bravely create boundaries, and find solutions that benefit in a meaningful way. I care and I believe you have the strength, resources, and capability to push through obstacles and get to a place where you can feel empowered and hopeful about the direction of your life.

I like to draw from a variety of modalities and adjust interventions based on your needs and goals for therapy. Together we will explore how you give meaning to your experiences, and how you see yourself and your relationships.  My role is to help you navigate challenging times, tap into your innate strengths, develop self-compassion, and feel more at peace and in control.

Contact me today and let’s get you the help you’re looking for.

At this time, I am working from a waitlist.

There’s no room for judgment or unrealistic expectations. I am easy to talk to and dedicated to your well-being. My goal is to meet you where you are and help discover maladaptive patterns or perceptions that get in the way.
